Eye Care Plan – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Eye Care Plan is available to both private and NHS patients.

  • Eye Care Plan: £6.50 per month

  • Optional Contact Lens Aftercare: +£3.75 per month

​

2. What’s Included

Membership of the Eye Care Plan includes:

  • Enhanced, comprehensive eye examinations

  • Advanced diagnostic technology as standard, including:

    • Rodenstock DNEye scanner

    • Optomap ultra-widefield retinal imaging

    • OCT 3D retinal imaging

    • Digital refraction

    • Virtual reality visual field testing

    • iCare tonometry (no air puff)

  • Digital 3D lens fitting and facial measurements

  • Priority appointment booking

3. Member Discounts
  • 10% discount on glasses, sunglasses, and accessories.

  • 15% discount on spectacles and sunglasses if you are eligible for an NHS sight test at the time of purchase.

  • The 15% NHS-eligible discount applies to spectacles and sunglasses only and does not apply to accessories or contact lens products.

  • Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or package pricing unless otherwise stated.

4. Contact Lens Aftercare

Available as an optional add-on at £3.75 per month, including:

  • Contact lens aftercare appointments

  • Ongoing contact lens support and advice

5. Payments
  • Payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit.

  • It is the member’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.

  • Missed payments may result in suspension of plan benefits.

  • The Eye Care Plan is personal and non-transferable.

  • You must be aged 18 or over to enter into this agreement.

  • Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or refusal of future membership.

6. Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your plan at any time by providing written notice.

  • No refunds are given for payments already made.

  • If the plan is cancelled within the first 12 months, rejoining may be subject to management approval.

7. Pricing and Updates
  • We reserve the right to amend plan pricing.

  • At least 30 days’ written notice will be provided before any price change takes effect.

8. Termination
  • The plan may be terminated if payment is not received within 30 days.

  • David Inman Opticians reserves the right to withdraw membership in cases of misuse of plan benefits.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is handled securely and in accordance with current data protection legislation.

​

10. Liability

David Inman Opticians shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Eye Care Plan, except where required by law.

11. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in writing or via our website.
